We operate out of Springfield, Missouri and extend operations into Branson and the southwest Missouri area, dedicated to protecting our clients and their assets.

Co-Founder & Administrative Director
Darren Call brings over 30 years of distinguished law enforcement experience to Blue Line 417. Serving with Troop D of Missouri Highway Patrol, Darren dedicated his career to protecting communities across southwest Missouri. During his tenure, he was also a member of the Troop D S.E.R.T. (Special Emergency Response Team), where he gained advanced tactical experience, crisis-management skills, and specialized training in high-risk situations.
At the heart of Darrens life and career are his Christian values. He views his work in security as a calling to serve, protect, and uplift others. Darren leads with faith-driven principles - honesty, humility, respect, and compassion - ensuring that his decisions reflect not only professional excellence but also a higher standard of integrity. He believes in treating every individual with dignity and approaches each assignment as an opportunity to honor God through service.
Darren has been married to his wife, Trudy, for 32 years, and together they've built a strong family foundation. Beyond his career, he is a proud father and grandfather. He cherished the days of traveling with his kids for basketball tournaments when they were younger, and today, he finds even greater joy in being a grandfather. Family is the cornerstone of his life, and the same devotion he shows to them carries into his dedication to clients and community.
As a Co-owner of Blue Line 417, Darren applies these values to every aspect of operations. His leadership emphasizes servant leadership, accountability, and care for both clients and team members. Under his guidance, the company is dedicated to delivering dependable, professional, and faith-centered protection that clients can trust.
Co-Founder & Field Operations Director
Joe Porter brings over 13 years of military experience to the company. He served proudly in the United States Army, completing three combat tours - two in Iraq and one in Afghanistan - and later instructed at White Sands, New Mexico. His background instilled in him a deep commitment to discipline, integrity, and professionalism, qualities that now guide his leadership at Blue Line 417.
In founding Blue Line 417, Joe's mission has been to provide the highest standard of private security services to businesses, families, and communities across Missouri. He works closely with clients to ensure their safety needs are met with precision and respect, while leading a team of highly trained security professionals, many of whom are prior military or law enforcement.
When he's not working, Joe is a dedicated father who enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling with his kids, and continuing to live by the values of service and protection that shaped his career.

Lawrence Fleming brings over 40 years of experience in law enforcement, executive protection, and high-risk security operations.
Missouri POST–certified Generalist & Specialist Instructor, EVOC Instructor, and FBI-certified firearms instructor with advanced expertise in defensive tactics, firearms accountability, threat assessment, investigations, and personnel development.
Proven leader with extensive experience training law enforcement personnel, private security teams, and church safety organizations, emphasizing real-world application, disciplined response, and sound use-of-force decision-making.
Background includes federal court security, prisoner transport, and protective services for federal judges under contract with the United States Marshals Service, operating in high-liability environments requiring precision, judgment, and professionalism.
Recognized for developing highly capable personnel, maintaining operational excellence, and leading with authority, accountability, and integrity.
